The pair I've used for 2 seasons is still in good shape, but the coated-tip cheap ones I used for watery or muddy tasks all had holes so I ordered another pair of these. They're comfy, easy to wash, fit well. I'm only 5'3" and assume my hands are average size for a woman of my size. The pair from a previous year are a bit looser, but I ordered Large both times (must have read a comment about them running small). The 2022 pair are slightly harder to get on and snug. That makes them easier to use when some degree of precision is required for a task.It takes a little longer to take them off, too, because of the Velcro close, but that keeps them in place, too. Life is full of tradeoffs. They're as much protection is leather would be for most tasks yet more flexible. It's also a plus to me that no animals died for the "synthetic leather" cushy palms.I even got a great discount on these because I bought ones someone returned, which were listed by Amazon Warehouse as Very Good. They're really Like New. The tags weren't even fully removed. I'm guessing they just didn't fit that person. Scroll down a bit, and you'll see the Buy Used listing if there are any available.
