I need a wide boot for foot issues. Why is it so difficult to find a good solid boot to wear in the garden that actually keeps your feet warm and dry and doesn't hurt! After foot surgery in 2021 for Morton's Neuroma, I have so much trouble finding footwear that doesn't exacerbate the problem, because I now have another one and it is a nightmare all over again. I ordered these after sending another brand back that said "garden boots" and they were stiff and not a garden boot at all! I don't make it a habit to gush about products but so far, these fit wide in the front of my feet, feel comfortable to walk around in and are pretty darn well made. I will say that I ordered a larger size to make sure, but now I can wear heavy socks with no problem or if needed, can put an insole in the boot with no trouble. It obviously will see how these stand the test of time, but I am pretty confident that I will be able to slop around on our property, which gets pretty darn muddy, with no problem or fears of my feet getting wet. I will be testing these boots for sure because the conditions here are definitely for city dwellers.
